Vendor and Sponsorship Registration Is Now Open 

Vendor and sponsorship registration is now open for the 4th Annual Northwest Flow Cytometry Society Meeting, taking place Wednesday, February 24, 2027, at the Bell Harbor Conference Center in Seattle.

This meeting brings together flow cytometry researchers, core-facility professionals, technical staff, and industry partners from across the Greater Pacific Northwest, British Columbia, and beyond. Last year’s meeting received an overall attendee rating of 4.7 out of 5, and we are excited to build on that momentum in 2027.

Sponsorship is a valuable opportunity to connect directly with the regional flow cytometry community, showcase technologies and services, and support scientific education and collaboration.

Opportunities include:

• Standard Exhibitor Table — $2,500
  Includes one 3' × 6' exhibitor table, one vendor registration, and company logo recognition in the meeting program and promotional materials.

• (filled) Happy Hour Sponsor
  Includes all Standard Exhibitor Table benefits, a 20-minute presentation opportunity, and Happy Hour Sponsor recognition. One opportunity is available.

• (filled) Lunch Sponsor
  Includes all Standard Exhibitor Table benefits, a 20-minute presentation opportunity, and Lunch Sponsor recognition. One opportunity is available.

• Sponsorship Access Only — $500
  Includes one vendor registration and company logo recognition in the meeting program and promotional materials, without an exhibitor table.

Space is limited to 20 exhibitors, and Lunch and Happy Hour sponsorships are each limited to one sponsor. Opportunities will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to fill quickly.
